Product Warranty Period
Ensure that its photovoltaic modules are free from process and material defects for a period of twelve (12) years from the start of the module warranty period. During the twelve year warranty period, if a component malfunctions or becomes unusable due to process or material defects, ELITE Solar will choose to repair or replace the faulty component, or refund the market value of the same type of component at that time. Repair, replacement, or refund is the only and exclusive remedy under the "Limited Warranty".
Warranty Start Date
This warranty period begins on the earlier of the following dates: (i) the date on which ELITE Solar or its authorized manufacturer first delivers the module to the customer, or (ii) 180 calendar days after the module is shipped from ELITE Solar's factory, as indicated by the module serial number.
Warranty Scope Limitations
The limited warranty specified herein expressly supersedes and excludes all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, use or application, warranties of non infringement of third-party rights (including but not limited to intellectual property), and all other obligations or liabilities of EliTeSolar, unless such other warranties, obligations or liabilities are expressly approved by the signature of the CEO of EliTeSolar. Unless prohibited by local laws and regulations, ELITE Solar shall not be liable or responsible for any injury or damage to any natural person or any tangible property.
